Bananas Foster - $4.75This is no ordinary dessert! We know you'll enjoy this warm, creamy treat over a scoop of vanilla ice cream, pound cake, waffles, or crepes! Add butter, rum, and fresh bananas. Serves 4.

 Blackened Seafood Spice - $5.50
Spicy seasoning for fish or boiled shrimp. Fantastic on shrimp kabobs too! (Shaker Jar)
 Cajun Beans - $5.75
We've been making this delicious, heart warming dish for years! This mix includes a seasoning packet along with pinto, white, and kidney beans. Requires water, and serve with rice. Makes over 5 cups.
 Cajun Creole - $4.75
Add chicken, shrimp, crawfish, or pork sausage to this Cajun cuisine! Requires: 1 (15oz) can diced tomatoes, 1 (8oz) can tomato sauce, and your choice of cooked meat. Serve with rice. Cook time: 5 minutes. Makes 4 ½ cups.
 Cajun Dirty Rice - $6.00
This traditional Cajun favorite is sure to "spice" up any meal! Serve as a side dish or as main entrée. Add ground sausage, ground meat, can of beef broth and butter. Makes 6 cups.
 Cajun Gumbo - $4.75
Delicious dark roux. Add water and your choice of meat or seafood, and you are done!

Crawfish or Shrimp Cornbread - $5.75A southern favorite! Add can corn, eggs, milk, cheese, and meat. Makes 9x13 pan 
 Etoufee - $5.00
This recipe is based from a recipe of Melissa's mother-in-law, who is a wonderful Cajun cook! Requires your choice of shrimp, crawfish, or ground sausage, and margarine, celery, and 1 (8oz) can tomato sauce. Cook on low for 20 minutes. Serve over rice. Makes 4 cups.
 Jambalaya - $5.50
Requires tomato sauce and either chicken, ham, sausage, shrimp, or ground meat. Makes 8 cups!
 King Cake Coffee 
This coffee has a hint of everything that makes a great King Cake - cinnamon, honey, sugar, and melted icing.

 Macque Choux - $4.75
(Pronounced Mock-shoe)
Sweet, spicy, and creamy! Our new Cajun corn side dish is sure to please! Add frozen sweet corn, margarine, and whipping cream. Yields 2 cups.

 Mardi Gras King Cake - $5.75
This is a treat fit for a king! This mix is perfect for Mardi Gras or any occasion. Mix includes a small plastic baby that you will hide inside the cake 'after' baking. Tradition says, whoever finds the baby, wins a prize, has to purchase the next King Cake, and has good luck the for the following year, etc. Add frozen rolls, butter, and milk. Icing mix packet included.

New Orleans Beignets - $5.25This is a classic favorite! Breakfast, brunch, or just a snack. Beignets are great for any time of day! Add an egg, evaporated milk, shortening, and oil for frying. Great sprinkled with powdered sugar and/or cinnamon and served with coffee. Makes 4 to 5 dozen. 
 Pecan Pralines - $7.50
A sweet and tantalizing treat that is sure to melt in your mouth! Add whipping cream and vanilla. Makes 24 beautiful pralines.
 Praline Yams - $4.75
If you liked our Sweet Potato Crunch, you'll love this one! A yummy, gooey topping that adds a special touch to regular canned yams. Add canned yams and margarine. Makes 9x9 pan.
 Roasted Cajun Potatoes Seasoning Mix - $5.50
A unique and flavorful blend of herbs and spices! Requires 1 lb of potatoes and oil. (Shaker Jar)
 Shrimp or Crawfish Pie - $5.75
This is one of our favorite mixes! Seasoned with just the perfect amount of spices. (Also great with ground sausage or crab meat) Requires margarine, celery, 1 lb of cooked shrimp or crawfish, heavy whipping cream or milk, 1 egg, and 2 uncooked pie crusts. Cook time: 30 minutes.
 Southern Bread Pudding - $5.50
This is a true southern comfort food. Add eggs, whipping cream, butter, vanilla extract, and French bread. Optional: Add brandy to sauce. Makes 9x9 pan.
Spicy Cajun Rub - $5.50
A full robust Cajun taste! Sprinkle and rub the mix according to taste preferences over both sides of beef or pork before grilling, baking, or frying. (Shaker Jar)
