 5 Star Coconut Pie - $5.25
This is an old family recipe. Requires baked pie shell, eggs, milk and vanilla.
 Apple Baklava - $8.50
Can't beat this one! Serve warm with vanilla ice-cream. Add fillo dough (found with frozen pastries), butter, and honey. Makes a 9x13 pan.
Fruit Crisp - $5.75
Very popular and easy dessert mix! Packed with walnuts and coconut, it looks just as beautiful as it tastes! Requires margarine and a 29oz can of your choice of fruit (apples, peaches, cherry pie filling, etc) Yields: 8x8 pan. 

Aunt Sherry's Pie Crust - $5.25
This is the best pie crust you'll ever taste. It was created by Melissa's Aunt Sherry. Add butter.

 Bananas Foster - $4.75
If you liked our Sweet Potato Crunch, you'll love this one! A yummy, gooey topping that adds a special touch to regular canned yams. Add canned yams and margarine. Makes 9x9 pan. 
 Caramel Pecan Pie - $6.00
If you haven't tasted this pie, you are missing out! Requires margarine, eggs, milk, vanilla extract and an unbaked pie shell.

This pie resembles the taste of the old fashioned orange Popsicle with ice-cream in the middle. Requires 2 (8oz) packages of cream cheese, 8oz cool whip, and a graham cracker crust. For creamier, richer pie, add sweetened condensed milk.

These taste exactly like the ones at festivals and fairs! Requires 1 egg, milk, and of course a funnel! Yields 6 regular sized cakes.
 German Chocolate Pie - $6.00
Chocked full of pecans, chocolate, and coconut. This pie has a delicious brownie-like filling with a crunchy top. Requires 2 eggs, melted margarine, evaporated milk, and unbaked 9 inch pie shell.

This delicious recipe belonged to Judy's mom and Melissa's grandmother, Mama Joy. For Pie: Requires can of pumpkin, 2 eggs, 1 cup evaporated milk, vanilla, and 9 inch unbaked pie shell. For cheesecake: Requires 16oz of softened cream cheese, vanilla, 2 eggs, ½ cup pumpkin, and pie shell.
 Heavenly Chocolate Pie or Cheesecake - $5.25
An old family recipe belonging to Melissa's great grandmother. It lives up to its name- Heavenly! For Pie: Requires milk, 3 eggs, butter, vanilla, and unbaked pie shell. For Cheesecake: Requires 2 (8 oz) cream cheese, vanilla, 2 eggs, and a pie shell.
 Key Lime Pie - $5.00
A best seller! Requires 2 (8 oz) cream cheese, 8 oz Cool Whip and a graham cracker crust.
 Lemonade Pie - $5.00
So refreshing and easy! Requires 2 (8oz) cream cheese, 8oz Cool Whip and graham cracker crust.
 Mama Joy's Fruit Cobbler - $5.50
A satisfying old-fashioned cobbler that tastes great with any canned fruit. Add margarine and canned fruit. Makes a 7X11 dish.
 Mardi Gras King Cake - $5.75
This is a treat fit for a king! This mix is perfect for Mardi Gras or any occasion. Mix includes a small plastic baby that you will hide in the cake after baking. Tradition says that whoever finds the baby, wins a prize, has to purchase the next King Cake, and has good luck for the following year, etc. Add frozen rolls, butter, and milk. Icing mix packet included.
 Peanut Butter Pie - $5.00
Tempt your taste buds with this easy and delicious pie! You don't even have to add peanut butter! Requires 8oz cream cheese, 1 tsp vanilla, 8oz carton of thawed Cool Whip, and a chocolate graham cracker crust. Mix in Reese's Cups or other chocolate candy pieces for an extra treat!
 Pumpkin Roll - $5.50
Judy's recipe that she has used for years. This mix has been passed down from generation to generation. Requires 8oz cream cheese, butter or margarine, vanilla, eggs, 2/3 cup canned pumpkin, and 1 tsp. lemon juice. Bake time: 15 minutes.
 Southern Bread Pudding - $5.50
This is a true southern comfort food. Add eggs, whipping cream, butter, vanilla extract, and French bread. Optional: Add brandy to sauce. Makes 9x9 pan.
 Spiced Apple Cake Mix - $7.00
Delicious and very moist! Requires oil, eggs and chopped apples. Makes 1 bundt cake or 9X13 cake
Tropical Cake - $8.25
Hands down, this is everyone's favorite cake here at The Gourmet Cupboard! It is moist with a slightly crunchy top. It is delicious to the last crumb! Requires 4 eggs, vegetable oil, and 1 (14oz) can of fruit cocktail. Yields 9x13 greased pan. Glaze requires ½ cup butter, ½ cup liquid coffee creamer (amaretto, vanilla, or hazelnut).
