 Black Bean Soup - $6.25
If you like our popular black-eyed pea soup, then we think you will like this one too. Add Rotel and water to make 6 cups.
 Chicken Enchilada Soup - $5.00
This zesty soup is sure to be a family favorite! We predict re-orders for this one every time! Add chicken, enchilada sauce, and cheese. Makes 10 cups.
 Chili Cheese Dip - $4.75
A great blend of spices make this dip taste delicious. Add sour cream. Yields: 2 (1 cup) servings
 Creamy Queso Soup - $5.00
Great cheesy taste. Perfect with chicken or shrimp. Wonderful as an enchilada sauce, too. Add water, sour cream, green chilies and margarine. Makes 9 cups.
 Guacamole Dip - $5.00
Mix half package with mashed avocado, chopped tomato and lemon juice. For variation, mix in sour cream, cream cheese or black olives.
 Jalapeno Dip - $4.75
The taste of this dip is divine! Not too hot, but super tasty. Mix ½ bag with 1 cup sour cream. Chill overnight for best results.

This meal will guarantee a crowd in the kitchen! This Mexican flavored soup is loaded with pasta and requires ground meat, 1 can of chopped tomatoes and 1 can of Mexican corn. Top with additional chips and grated cheese if desired. Serves 8.

Our most popular dip! A mildly spicy blend of flavors, this mix makes 12 (8 oz) dips. Requires 1 cup sour cream or 8oz cream cheese for each use.
 Mexican Meatloaf - $4.75
This is just one of the many products we're proud to put our name on! This popular recipe has been in Melissa's family for years. Requires picante sauce, grated cheese, green chilies and ground meat. Makes 9X5 loaf.
 Poblano Cream Soup - $5.25
Deliciously creamy, but not too hot! This soup is full of other veggies as well - carrots, bell peppers, and onions. Add margarine, whipping cream, milk, poblano peppers, and cheese. Makes 5 ½ cups of soup.
 Queso With a Kick - $4.75
We think you will love this queso seasoning. You'll think you are at your favorite Mexican food restaurant! Requires 1 lb of Velveeta cheese and 10oz can chopped tomatoes or Rotel (chopped tomatoes with green peppers). Makes 4 cups.
 Raspberry Chipotle Rub - $4.75
A special blend of seasonings and spices with a slightly sweet taste of raspberry. Sprinkle and rub the mix according to taste preference on both sides of chicken or pork before grilling. Great with kabobs using your choice of meat, bell pepper, onion, and pineapple!

Loaded with flavors south of the border and you don't even have to have a passport to enjoy this zesty soup! Add chicken, can of diced tomatoes, and cheese. Makes 6 cups.

 Taco "Soup"reme Soup - $5.75
From our Texas family to yours - one of our family favorites! Just add ground meat, can corn, tomato sauce, Rotel (chopped tomatoes with green chilies), and water. Cook time: 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Makes 16 cups. Optional: serve with chips, grated cheese, and top with sour cream.
Tex-Mex Soup - $4.75If you like enchiladas, you'll love this soup! Requires water and frozen taquitos. Makes 6 cups of broth for taquitos. Optional: top with grated cheese and sour cream. Also good seasoning for pork chops! 
 Tex-Mex Rub - $5.50

This is our most popular soup! It has a zesty flavor, but not hot. Just add water and tortilla chips. Yields 4 cups.
 Trent's Spicy Salsa - $5.00
Uncle Trent's favorite salsa! Mix ½ of this dip mix with a 10oz can of one of the following: Mexican tomatoes, tomatoes with green chilies, or chopped tomatoes (depending on how hot you want it)! Salsa cream cheese dip - Mix ½ bag, ½ can chopped tomatoes, and 8oz softened cream cheese.
 West Texas Inferno Rub - $5.50
Just like its name implies, this one is HOT! Sprinkle and rub the mix according to taste preferences on both sides of beef, pork, chicken, or turkey before grilling, broiling, baking or frying. (Shaker Jar)
Zesty Chipotle Salsa - $4.75
Great blend of spicy seasonings. Serve with tortilla chips or with quesadillas. Mix contents of bag with 1 (15oz) can diced tomatoes and refrigerate overnight.
